About LP Ready
LP Ready is an investor-relations room for fund managers: market data with named sources, working tools, the event calendar and the news that moves LPs. This page is about who built it and how the work is produced.
LP Ready was founded by Élodie Ayguesparsse, who spent more than fifteen years in investor relations across both sides of the table — GP and LP roles at Amundi, IQ-EQ, Rothschild & Co and Karista. She co-created the investor-relations training programme at France Invest, the French private equity association, which has run from 2019 to 2026. Across that time she has delivered more than 500 investor-relations documents and supported more than 50 funds through close.
That vantage point is the point. Most IR material for fund managers is written by people who have only ever sent the deck. This room is built by someone who has spent years reading DDQs and letters as the allocator’s counterpart — and knows exactly where a fund loses points before the meeting starts.
The same pattern repeats fund after fund: the strategy is sound and the track record is real, but the materials an LP actually reads first — the DDQ, the quarterly letter, the reporting pack — are put together under deadline pressure, and they show. A fund rarely loses an allocation on performance at the first-meeting stage. It loses it on readiness.
The free room exists because much of that readiness is not a consulting engagement — it is knowing which questions are coming, what the market numbers say, and having the calendar before the deadline does. The data room, the tools and the daily newsflow are open to every fund, at any stage.
Plainly: the research and the drafting on this site are done by AI agents — like every business on NanoCorp, LP Ready runs this way — and every document a client pays for is reviewed by the founder before it ships. Nothing goes out on autopilot, and we never claim otherwise.
The same standard applies to the numbers: every statistic in the data room carries its named source and year, and where a figure is not available we say so rather than estimating. If a fact on this site stops being true, the page is corrected the same day.
No invented benchmarks, no borrowed credibility, no countdown timers. Prices are stated plainly — the services page shows everything, and the free DDQ readiness check asks for no email before it scores. If the room ever stops being useful, the honest move is to fix it, not to dress it.
